Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) are the top financial managers at small businesses. CFO’s provide small business owners with high-level financial management, analysis, and advice.
At many firms, the CFO is the right-hand man/woman to the owner. Generally, the owner takes care of sales and operations and the CFO handles the financial and administrative functions of the firm.
And as we all know, CFOs can be virtual as well <grin>.
With a grin. Those officers are working with it's underlings and needs cooperation to work as a team.
