If you spend a considerable amount of time working on the computer, you will inevitably suffer from eye strain. This generally happens to me when I am staring at the computer screen as I work on a project. When I am suffering from eye strain, my eyes become sore and occasionally my eyes feel like they are burning.
The best way to avoid eye strain is to take regular breaks where you aren’t working on the computer. If this is not possible, frequently look away from the monitor and focus on something that is across the room or outside the window.
Taking breaks or regularly looking away from your monitor will help you avoid eye strain which will allow you to work longer and be more productive while working on your computer.
