Today, I received the 2007 U.S. Master Tax Guide in the mail. It is hard to believe that the tax season is almost here.
With this in mind, I believe that it would be a good time for me to cover some of the most important tax issues for small businesses. Below is a quick list of the topics I will cover over the next few days:

- Pass Through Advantages of Corporate Structure
- Entertainment, Meals, and Gifts
- Home Office Expense
Though it may be too late in the year to act on these issues for your 2006 taxes, it is not too late to begin planning for 2007.
