This week there was an interesting article on CNNMoney.com entitled "What it takes to be great". The bottom line of this story is that hard work and practice is what it takes to be successful in life and in business.
I was especially interested in the research that proved that it takes approximately ten years of practice and experience to become "world class" at an endeavor. This proves that there is no substitute for experience when you want to excel in a profession or line of business.
From my personal experience in business, the harder I work, the luckier I get.
