In 2000, I was courting my wife, Linda. In the fall of that year, we attended our first University of Tennessee football game together (versus Alabama, none the less). On the drive up, I suggested that we take a side trip in Roane County to see the beautiful mountain landscape. While I was admiring the scenery, I noticed that Linda seemed to become increasingly frustrated.
I asked Linda what was wrong and she told me that this was a Big Orange football weekend. She explained that we should have driven straight to Knoxville, watched the Vol Walk, and then tailgated before the game (Needless to say, Linda is a HUGE Big Orange fan).
I wish I had had a resource like MaximumTailgating.com to remind me how important tailgating is before the big game. If I had such a resource, I would have understood that we needed to get to Knoxville as soon as possible to set up our tailgating party. As they say at MaximumTailgating.com, "Without Tailgating, It’s Just a Game".
FYI, MaximumTailgaiting.com became a client of CPA for Small Business today. Thanks for the business guys!
